Unicode Escapes

Unicode escapes in python are keeping me from launching 1.0 Beta 3.
The save system requires \ to save to files, except python (The programming language Telehax is written in) thinks that it is a bunch of unicode escapes when defining the path.
I needed to get my frustration out.
